E’ ancora la Germania a salire sul gradino più alto del podio nella tappa di bob a due artificiale valevole per la Coppa Europa. Sul catino di winterberg, Benjamin Schmid è salito sul gradino più alto del podio battendo il russo Dmitry Abramovitch di 7 centesimi, terzo posto per lo svizzero Beat Hefti a 16 centesimi. La prima manche della gara valeva come recupero della gara annullata e ha visto esattamente lo stesso ordine d’arrivo, con Schmid che ha messo in fila Abramovitch ed Hefti. Quattro gli equipaggi italiani presenti che non sono riusciti tuttavia a entrare nei dieci: Lukas Gschnitzer ha concluso al quindicesimo posto (e diciassettesimo nel recupero), Patrick Baumgartner sedicesimo (diciassettesimo nel recupero), Simone Fontana ventiquattresimo, mentre Roman Vikhnin è stato squalificato.

Il dominio teutonico è proseguito nel due femminile, con Stefanie Szczurek che ha messo in fila le connazionali Miriam Wagner, Carolin Zenker e Judith Ritz. Anche in questo caso le prime tre classificate hanno concluso nel medesimo ordine nella prima manche, valida come recupero dell’annullamento di Cesana. Dodicesima Serena Capponcelli con la frenatrice Martina Schiavon.
